1. Overview

At R.S App Building Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality mobile and web applications. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

2. Retainer & Monthly Services

Fees paid for monthly retainer engagements (ongoing maintenance, support, or development sprints) are non-refundable once the service period has commenced. If you wish to discontinue a retainer, you may cancel with 30 days written notice, and no further charges will be applied after the notice period ends.

3. Project Deposits

All project engagements require an upfront deposit (typically 30–50% of the total project value) to secure your project slot and begin discovery and planning. This deposit is non-refundable once project work has commenced, as it covers initial resource allocation, planning, and design work.

4. Milestone-Based Projects

For fixed-scope projects structured around milestones, payment for each milestone is due upon delivery and approval of that milestone. Once a milestone has been approved by the client, the corresponding payment is non-refundable. If a milestone is not approved, we will work with you to address concerns before requesting payment.

5. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

• R.S App Building fails to deliver a contracted deliverable within the agreed timeline due to our own fault
• A critical technical defect is identified in delivered work that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe
• The project is cancelled by R.S App Building before commencement

Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind after project commencement
• Delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed feedback, content, or approvals)
• Dissatisfaction with design direction that was approved at an earlier stage

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, submit a written request to support@rsappbuild.site within 14 days of the issue arising, including your project name, invoice number, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.

7. Partial Refunds

In cases where work has been partially completed, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion of the agreed scope, at our sole discretion. The value of any work already delivered and accepted will be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Third-Party Costs

Fees paid to third-party services on your behalf (such as app store registration fees, domain registration, hosting, or third-party API licences) are non-refundable as these are governed by the respective third-party providers' policies.
