Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which clients may cancel services with R.S App Building Private Limited. We understand that business needs change, and we aim to handle cancellations fairly and transparently for both parties.

For ongoing retainer or maintenance engagements, a minimum of 30 calendar days written notice is required to cancel the service. Notice must be submitted in writing to support@rsappbuild.site. Services will continue and be billed normally during the notice period.

If you wish to cancel a fixed-scope project after commencement:

• All work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced at the agreed project rate (pro-rated by milestone or hours, whichever is applicable)
• The initial deposit is non-refundable
• Any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf will be charged in full
• Deliverables completed and approved prior to cancellation will be handed over upon receipt of all outstanding payments

If you cancel a confirmed project before any work has commenced (i.e., before the project kick-off meeting), the deposit may be partially refunded at our discretion, minus any administrative or planning costs already incurred. Please notify us as early as possible to minimise costs.

If you need to pause a project rather than cancel it, please notify us in writing. We will accommodate pause requests of up to 60 days without additional fees. Projects paused beyond 60 days may be subject to a re-engagement fee to cover re-planning and resource reallocation.

R.S App Building reserves the right to cancel a project or service engagement in the following circumstances:

• Non-payment of invoices beyond 30 days of the due date
• Client conduct that is abusive, threatening, or unreasonable
• Requests to produce content that is illegal, unethical, or violates third-party rights

In such cases, payment for all work completed to date will remain due.

Upon cancellation and receipt of all outstanding payments, we will provide a handover package including all completed deliverables, source code (for completed modules), design files, and documentation. Handover will be completed within 10 business days of final payment.

Cancellation of a project voids any post-delivery warranty or support obligations that would otherwise apply. If you wish to re-engage our services after cancellation, a new agreement will be required.
